Applying for a grant can be an excellent opportunity to secure financial support for your project. To ensure your application is successful, it is essential to be well-prepared and provide all the necessary details. Below are the steps and requirements for applying for a grant:
To initiate the application process, please contact our team for additional information regarding procedures and eligibility requirements. Your initial submission should include the items listed below. Should you be shortlisted, you will be asked to provide further documentation.
Prepare a clear and professional pitch deck that articulates your project's purpose, vision, and objectives. Be sure to emphasize the distinctive value of your initiative and its alignment with the grant’s aims.
Produce a concise (55–65 seconds) pitch video introducing yourself and your project. This is an opportunity to convey your enthusiasm and commitment. High production values are not required; a simple recording using a smartphone is acceptable. For additional guidance on creating your video, click here.
Provide a detailed explanation of how the grant funds will be used. Clearly identify the main objectives of your project, and describe how financial support will facilitate the achievement of these aims.
Present key team members involved in your project, outlining their roles, relevant experience, and specific contributions. This information is essential in demonstrating your team's qualifications and capabilities.
Once your application has undergone initial review, you will be informed whether you have advanced to the shortlist for the grant. If selected, you will be required to submit the following additional materials to support your Phase 2 application:
Submit up-to-date CVs for all applicants and individuals involved in executing the project. Ensure that each CV highlights relevant skills, experience, and achievements pertinent to the proposed work.
Provide a comprehensive budget in Excel or Google Sheets (with edit access enabled), detailing the project's total cost. Break down expenses clearly, specifying costs for elements requiring funding. Including budget options that demonstrate both minimum and maximum scenarios is encouraged but not mandatory.
Disclose all additional funding sources supporting your project. Indicate the status of these funds (e.g. received, committed—please define, pending) along with amounts, names, and supporting documentation as appropriate.
Describe the proposed structure for disbursing grant payments across the project timeline. Allocate funding in accordance with key milestones and deliverables identified within your plan.
Include a detailed and realistic timeline for the implementation or production phase. Highlight significant stages, interim deadlines, and projected completion dates.
A thorough, well-structured application will greatly enhance your prospects of securing grant funding. Please ensure all documents submitted are current, precise, and clearly reflect the viability and anticipated impact of your project. For any enquiries or to request further clarification regarding the application process, do not hesitate to contact us.
We wish you every success with your grant application.
